Don't stand in line at the Airport.

..If you've miss your flight. If there's a unexpected delay with your flight. There maybe long lines ahead of you and your stressed out going on your first vacation in months.

Don't stand in line. Call you Airline Flight Reservations on your cell. The reservation agent is as capable as the agent at the desk you'll see at the airport. The agent on the phone maybe able to get you on another flight on another airline carrier. They all use the same computer system.

Be kind, patient, polite but assertive. You're the customer. They need your business, but not your attitude. It's no ones fault. It part of flying.

Always carry your medication, contacts supply's and a clean pair of underwear. I've lost my suitcase once for 24 hours.

Swarovski on-line shopping advantage

Hello Beautiful People,

I have just added Swarovski to my list of on-line shopping advantages.

In 1895 Swarovski, financier Armand Kosman and Franz Weis founded the Swarovski company, originally known as A. Kosmann, Daniel Swarovski & Co, which was later shortened to K.S. & Co. The company established a crystal cutting factory in
Wattens, Tyrol, to take advantage of local hydroelectricity for the energy-intensive grinding processes which Daniel Swarovski had patented.

In order to create a crystal that allows light to refract in a rainbow spectrum, Swarovski coats some of its crystals with special metallic chemical coatings. Aurora Borealis, or "AB", is one of the most popular coatings, and gives the surface a rainbow oil slick appearance. Other coatings include Crystal Transmission, Volcano, Aurum, and Dorado. Coatings may be applied to only part of an object; others are coated twice, and thus are designated AB 2X, Dorado 2X etc.

In 2004 Swarovski released Xilion, a new copyrighted cut designed to optimise the brilliance of Roses (crystal components with flat backs) and Chatons (diamond cut).

The history is amazing. I remember hearing of Swarovski as a child.

"The product is beautiful and brilliant."

It's time to get Mom somthing special. Swarovski is one of the most trusted.

Click on the Swarowski widget to sop on line. I appreacite your support.

Happy shopping.

New tax credit for home buyers Economic stimulus gives first-time home buyers $8,000 bonus.

If you're thinking about buying a home this year, you're in luck. The economic stimulus bill that President Obama signed into law this week contains a big tax break for home buyers who haven't owned a home in the previous three years.

Tax credit upped to $8,000
The 472-page American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 offers first-time home buyers a tax credit of up to $8,000 or 10 percent of the purchase price of the home, whichever is less. The tax credit isn't technically new, but is instead an updated version of the $7,500 first-time home buyer tax credit that was enacted last year.

The best news--in addition to the $500 increase in the tax credit--is that the requirement that the tax credit must be repaid has been eliminated for home buyers who purchase a home between Jan. 1, 2009, and Nov. 30, 2009, and occupy that home for at least three years. The original rules required full repayment of the credit in $500 annual installments over a 15-year period or when the home was sold.

Tax credit can be claimed this year
The new home buyer tax credit is subject to income limits. The amount is reduced for single home buyers who earn more than $75,000 and married couples who earn more than $150,000, and it's phased out completely for single and married buyers who earn more than $95,000 and $170,000, respectively.

The tax credit is refundable, which means you'll get back the full amount even if your total federal tax liability is less.

The tax credit is also easy to use: You just claim it on your 2008 or 2009 tax return. If you buy a home after you file your 2008 tax return, you can amend your return and still receive your refund this year.

The National Association of Home Builders has created a helpful website that contains more information about the first-time home buyer tax credit. The FAQs section includes detailed examples of how the tax credit works.

Homeowners get many tax benefits
The federal tax code contains other advantages for homeowners as well. Mortgage interest, mortgage insurance premiums and property taxes may all be deductible on your income tax return, subject to certain restrictions and limitations in the tax code.

If you’re thinking of buying a home this year, you should consider how the tax credit could affect you. Before you make a decision, it’s a good idea to:

● Research how much you can afford to spend to buy a home. (The LendingTree home affordability calculator can help.)
● Check your credit report and credit score.
● Shop around for a home and mortgage that fit your needs.

For more tips about buying a home, read the LendingTree Guide to Buying Your First Home (pdf).

Discover Snorkeling In Hawaii

Hello Beautiful People,
I Love the water. I'm a Cancerian if that may have anything to do with it or not I don't know.
Vacations that involve blue clear water is a taste of Heaven for me. I hope there's water in Heaven. If I'm in the water I'm a camper.
"Blacks Beach", at the Sheraton on Maui, is has a public beach. No life guard on duty though. Only at the Pool if you're a guest. There's public restroom. Showers on the beach. Bar & food, fresh water.
You may Cliff Dive, Free-Dive, get some sun.
You'll need an Umbrella for sure. Being three thousand miles from the Equator is more than enough to be burnt badly in an our two. Don't be exposed more that an hour at a time. I wear a white long sleeve tea shirt. It keeps the sun off you back. Your legs will be burn if you ride the surface all day.
If you have your gear from www.snokelbobs.com you're set. March is the time if you go under the water deep enough you'll hear thousands of Whales talking. The Whales are migrating in March.
I do not recommend this for a beginner. If you have the experience swim around to the front edge of the hotel along the rock cliff. You cant touch bottom. The bottom is about 30 feet down. Swim along the cliff's edge to the center of the cliff and go straight down 15 -20 feet you'll, hear an "Opera of Whales" singing. As you can guess, you use the rock formation for the sound waves to reflect right in front of you.
The Whales are a few miles out. But, it sounds as if they are right in font of you. What's even more cool is you can't help but look for the Whales they sound so close. Moreover the deeper you dive the Louder it becomes. It's one of God's Blessings and a wonder of the World. TRIPPIN! I do not recommend this for a beginner
If you want to become an expert at Snorkeling and shallow (10 feet free-diving). Visit your local dive shop. They'll teach you how to adjust to pressure as you dive down. Your body requires less oxygen as your veins and vessels react as you go down. That's why people can go down for two to five minutes Free Diving. I'm not an expert. This is only a suggestion.

Ladies In Hawaii you may choose to wear light Make-Up during the day. Focus on skin protection during the day. I now offer on line Cosmetics Sales. Please click on my Widget to purchase your cosmetics. This a great way to purchase and save your time. If you know exactly what you'll be purchasing. Shopping on line for you back up supplies is fast and easy. Have fun shopping.
